Dangerous Surface especially when wet?

I am aware of 4 vehicles crashing on the A46 Lincoln Ring Road at the Carholme Roundabout heading South in the last few days. I drive a rear wheel drive car and lost control as I left the roundabout on Friday morning irrespective of having ABS and only doing 15-20 mph. After being sideways I crashed in to the central barrier, which had several cones there already which indicated to me that there had been a pervious problem or it would appear several! I was followed 30 minutes later by a motorcyclist who sustained substantial injuries. On Sunday morning a van left the road and went into the huge ditch! I can see you have been aware of this dangerous surface for some time. I will now have to pay £500 excess, plus loose my no claims bonus to put my car back on the road. I will be suggesting to my insurance company that they read the reports on the road surface and on social media and maybe there is a case to claim the expenses incurred by them and me back from you??
