A38 layby Speed bump to install

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2915706.

Would it be possible to install a speed bump on both side of layby by the entry to a waste centre. Currently there is still 50 MPH speed limit on A38 and a layby as well. Whilst there are cars park and also there is a burger Van, well used, to make it safer for pedestrians
