Missing Essex county sign A12 southbound where road goes over River Stour

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2909728.

This ‘Essex’ sign signifies where you leave Suffolk and enter Essex. The metal support posts are still in position but the sign has gone - it has been like this for about 3 years at least

    We are aware of the missing 'Essex' sign and it is on our list of tasks to complete. However, higher risk defects will take priority over non safety issues.
