Illuminating excess speed sign hidden be hedgerow and tree growth

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2908821.

People heading west bound upon entering a 30mph zone take no notice of speed limit and no longer get reminded by the now obscured sign as to the limit. Vehicles enter the town at speeds well in excess of limit. It would be tragic to have another child die on this stretch of road due to excess speed.
