Footpath / cycle path overgrown (again!)

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2898969.

Shared footpath and cycle path is overgrown between Higham on the Hill roundabout and the Long Shoot. By the lay-by and hedges opposite former A5 Aquatics site, bicycle cannot get through gap between hedge and lamp post.

  • Thank you for contacting Highways England about vegetation.

    We are aware of this and the inspector has cut back the vegetation temporarily by hand, but the maintenance programme is also due and will be cut back fully then.
