Road obscured by vegetation
Reported via desktop in the Vegetation (grass/hedges/trees) category anonymously at 13:58, Thursday 22 July 2021
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later
The vegetation on the southern roadside has grown and now obscures the view ahead through the corner and the access to the bridleway. This is an access route and the result is recent near misses as residential and agricultural traffic enter and leave. The poor roadside condition is increasing the accident risk.
Thank you for contacting Highways England concerning the vegetation on the A303. We shall look into this issue and aim to provide a response by 5 August 2021.
Can we please ask that you check back on this date for an update.
