Road Damage on Northbound carriageway
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2875437.
Significant increase in noise levels and substantial transmission of vibration to neighbouring properties from heavy vehicles due to the damaged road surface (appears to have a sub-standard temporary repair) in this area. Matter has been on-going for a week now without being resolved.

Considerable amounts of vibration are still occurring throughout the day and night causing doors to rattle in their frames, pictures to fall off walls and the whole house to shudder. I am extremely concerned about damage to my property and the gas and water lines running to both my and other houses in the road. Such movement could easily fracture a pipe resulting in a gas build up and subsequent explosion. This matter requires urgent resolution.

First reported in July the level of noise and transmission of vibration to neighbouring properties is now increasing noticeably as you have still not taken adequate action.
