Dangerous road surface

Reported via desktop in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 14:08, Mon 19 July 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2875064.

From approx 1.5 miles from Patterson’s Cross on the A30 for about half a mile, in the east bound carriageway, the road surface is very dangerous. It feels almost as if it’s icy, as if the car can’t grip the road properly. I think they have removed the very top layer, or scraped it off; I think the speed limit there should be reduced until it is resurfaced. Impossible to get a photo safely
