A drain has failed in the outside lane east bound

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2858968.

Huge puddle has formed in the outside lane eastbound. Very deep, and extremely dangerous - you come into it very suddenly. Emergency signage needed immediately to slow the traffic down.
