Road signage On road and Posts

Reported via desktop in the Road markings (NH) category anonymously at 07:49, Thu 8 July 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2848825.

Hi, When leaving Victoria Dock housing area there is two lanes, the outer lane should be for turning right and the left lane should be for turning left and streight up. Cars are turning left from the outer lane or going straight up so it ends up being two lanes into one. Clear signage on Victoria Dock before entering the roundabout should be put on the road and a sign on a post at the lights to get people in the lane and guide them. There is another problem when getting off Victoria Dock, the traffic moving westwards along Roger Mlward Way blocks the traffic coming off Victoria Dock when lighs are at red, we need a "Box" junction so we can go straight ahead and left freely. Lights are going red/green and we are unable to move off at times.
