Road surface at A1 Nth slip road, corner on to A606 west bound badly damaged: Multiple temporary cold fill tarmac repairs have become various pot holes, the largest - approx 24" wide x 36" long x 8" deep.

Suggest permanent repair carried out in conjunction with increasing the radiious of the corner kerb

  • Thank you for your patience whilst our inspector reviewed your report.

    Our inspector visited the location and agrees that remedial work is needed to ensure the safety of road users.

    As such, a repair is planned, and we aim to complete this no later than 31 Aug 21.

    Although we always aim to complete the repairs as planned, the date may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

    We will provide a further update to confirm when the work has been completed or, in exceptional circumstances, a revised date.
