Damaged safety barrier in central reserve on A1 near Stotfold Road junction. (Stotfold, Bedfordshire)

Safety barrier hit and has been damaged. No cones around it at present.

    Thank you for contacting us via Fix My Street on 3 July 2021 regarding a damaged safety barrier on the A1.

    I appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to our attention.

    The maintenance team are aware of the damaged barrier, however it is taking longer than expected to repair due to the ongoing Baldock Bridge Repairs at Junction 10.

    The maintenance team is working alongside the scheme to identify a suitable time to fix the safety barrier. It is likely to be repaired within the next few weeks.
