Lights eastbound off slip not working and not in sync. Utter shambles

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2827570.

The lights at top of off slip junction 9 east are out of sync. 25 minutes to get off the motorway and sat for 10 minutes on red half way out. It is chaos and add to this the nrw road layout which needs to show the correct lanes please as everyone crossing lanes as different yesterday . Is it 1 or 2 lanes going right round the roundabout as 2 lanes all round or 1. I accept major roadworks but this can be so much bettet with lights in the sequence they were before the change today
