Almost all the signs locally are completely obscured in West Sussex including upcoming junction signs and speed limit signs not to mention sight lines obscured at busy junctions due to overgrown vegetation. It’s really dangerous and needs sorting out urgently

Bryony Court in Middleton Leeds is completely covered by a bush now, I am unsure whether the responsibility for cutting the hedge down rests with the Highways agency or the owner of the property the hedge belongs to? Thanks.
