Pulling out of abbotsley road onto a428 very dangerous. Due to high vegetation to right over hanging footpath (oncoming traffic from caxton/cambridge) and over grown trees/hedge to left and overhanging footpath (oncoming traffic from st neots) any driver/cyclist/pedestrian is literally guessing if they can pull out/cross the road.
Traffic on a428 is typically traveling at 60 mph+ and cannot possibly be percieved by a driver/cyclist to gage if pulling out safely is possible. This junction is also part of the national cycle way. I'm surprised this junction hasn't seen a serious accident..
