Big pothole or roadsign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2811857.

Was driving towards Cosham at 02:30 when I was going around the blind bend into Cosham I hit something at 40mph and my car had a metallic sound as it dipped down into the ground it is lucky that I did not spin out or the airbags did not deploy
