Inadequate signage/road markings

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2795532.

The eastbound approach to the roundabout is 2 lane, the inside lane for access to the A521 and turning right to stay on the A50 to Uttoxeter, & the outside lane turning right only. There is no signage to indicate this and the road markings are inadequate. There have been a few occasions recently when traffic in the outside lane has gone straight across onto the A521 and I witnessed an accident on Monday when this happened & the vehicle concerned collided with a van turning right in the inside lane.
