Confusing speed limit signs

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2788396.

Just after traffic joins the A14 from the junction (heading eastbound) there is a permenant national speed limit sign just before the speed camera. This stretch is actually temporarily 50mph due to roadworks but several cars sped up due to the national speed sign and likely got caught speeding.
