Roundabout markings illegible/mini roundabout warning sign missing

This roundabout is the cause of many near misses and collisions. Currently there are around 7 safety features that have been damaged and not replaced. Months ago one of the warning signs and give way signs was removed following a collision. If a HGV is approaching in the right hand lane it obscures the view of drivers in the left hand lane the only other sign. Drivers are approaching at speed and along with the missing/faded roundabout markings drivers often overshoot the roundabout. I’m seeing an increase in vehicles performing sudden braking or a U turn further ahead.
