Single smart motorway sign displaying 3 differentnt speed limits at once

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2769473.

Travelling northbound this afternoon around 2-3pm speed limit was reduced due to congestion leading on to junction 5, and inside lane closed for accident clear up. The speed limit kept changing, but one gantry was displaying 'X - 40 - 30 - 50' which appears to be a fault.
