Phasing issue at traffic lights

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2769252.

They are phased wrong. The traffic from the north go at the same time as the south. Its almost impossible to turn east from the south. North and south should get separate goes.

Updates

  • It's been like this for years. If there are more than four vehicles waiting to go east from south I generally go north and through North Lancing. This causes a problem for vehicles coming south who want to go west as the queue to go east obscures south to north traffic! Its a shambles of a traffic light system.
