40cm square sunken concrete

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2762766.

A 40cm square of the concrete road surface has sunk in Northbound lane 1 of the A419 a few hundred meters before it merges into the A417 (opposite Little Park Farm).
