Surface water running off into footpath alongside M5, junction 18

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2740265.

This footpath is getting flooded every time it rains! Couple months ago someone "fixed" it, now all the water from the motorway pouring on the footpath! Ongoing issue!

    We have raised this with our inspectors to be investigated at the first possible opportunity.

    Based on your description we believe this may be a safety critical issue.

    Although we always try to respond to these reports in the quickest time possible, we would ask that anything of a safety critical nature be raised with our Customer Contact Centre directly. They are available 24 hours a day, on 0300 123 5000. This will ensure we process any such report as soon as it is received.
