Blocked drains causing flooding

Rear of love ur dog hotel behind love ur dog hotel is an embankment upto the M53, at the bottom of the embankment is a large open drain which runs behind the buildings which collects the water from the embankement, this has blocked causing massive flooding into the commercial premises. if you need anymore info please call me on 07966248815 - this is causing huge damages to our hotel

  • Thank you for your patience whilst we investigated the flooding you reported. Our inspection found the drains are blocked however, there is a mass of vegetation that needs to be removed before we can access the blockage. We are planning works to clear the vegetation and hope to clear the drains within the next 28 days.
