Rotten boundary fencing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2738532.

The post and rail fencing to the edge of the motorway is rotten and needs replacing. There is livestock in the field and there are concerns that the stock might break through the dilapidated fencing. Located between junctions 1 & 2 M53 on east carriageway at the Moreton Spur, near to the telecoms mast.
