In the centre of the A.49 on the River Bridge at Onibury there is a large pothole. It is at least 15 inches in diameter and getting deeper by the minute. It is a recurring problem and was subject of a temporary repair in the past 10 days. This pothole must have been repaired on at least 6 occasions in the past couple of months. IT NEEDS A PERMANENT FIX, NOT BODGING. I am the Chair of Onibury Parish Council, Tony Mantle and don’t wish to report anonymously.
Thank you for your patience whilst we completed the repairs in relation to your report. We can confirm that a team visited this location on 21 May and completed a permanent repair to this pothole. We hope that this improves your journey. If you require any further update on this issue our Customer Contact Centre is available 24 hours a day at: • 0300 123 5000
