Road in disrepair, very damagerous

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2735381.

The road surface has completely given up and is causing stones to be thrown up multiple times leading to stone chips on my windscreen which is dangerous.

The road surface is poor on the other direction of the dual carriageway too.....
