Badly overgrown vegetation and trees along B2117 by junction with A23 soiuthbound

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation (grass/hedges/trees) (NH) category anonymously at 09:24, Wed 19 May 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2735315.

Travelling in both directions along B2117 by sliproad on to A23 southbound, the vegetation and trees are growing into the road. They are causing an obscured view of oncoming traffic if you’re turning onto A23, and they’re causing cyclists to have to cycle in the centre of the carriageway. A very neglected area of vegetation. This has been reported to the local council and on two occasions they have confirmed this area is the responsibility of Highways England.
