Flooding on northbound carriageway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2731343.

Whenever it rains hard, a deep stream of water floods from the central reservation across the northbound carriageway just south of the New Farm overbridge. This has been happening for a few years now and there have been several serious accidents here.
