Drainage gutter at roadside not clearing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2717489.

Due to the gutter being full of mud, silt and debris the gutter is not working effectively. This in turn then leads to a large puddle on the near side of the slip road when exiting the A5.

Updates

  • Thank you for your patience whilst our inspector reviewed your report.

    Our inspector visited the location and agrees that remedial work is needed to ensure the safety of road users.

    As such, a repair is planned, and we aim to complete this no later than 30/05/2021.

    Although we always aim to complete the repairs as planned, the date may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

    We will provide a further update to confirm when the work has been completed or, in exceptional circumstances, a revised date.
