Traffic lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2705116.

Traffic lights on the junction of Netherne drive with A23 Brighton Road are not working this morning. Extremely dangerous to get out of Netherne Drive, an accident waiting to happen.
