M18 jct2 traffic lights on roundabout

I am a traffic management foreman ipv driver TSCO for the last few week I have been using m18 jct 2 exit late at night. The green light on all traffic lights is far to bright and restricts drivers vision and is a potential hazard. I hope someone can take a look at this and please update me of any findings.

We are aware of the traffic signal issue M1 J2We do maintain the traffic signals at M18 J2, we have spoken with our traffic signal engineer and I was told there is not much we can do as these are the type of aspects which are being used now. We will investigate further to see if there is another solution or if this is a major problem at this location. We will continue to review this and will arrange any required work if the situation changes.
