Sunken dip in road surface

Reported via desktop in the Pothole (NH) category anonymously at 08:39, Fri 30 April 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2699136.

Map shows the location of the worst one but there are 5 significant depressions in the surface southbound between Salford Priors and the next roundabout at Evesham. Each can be easily spotted by the tyre rubber on the road where vehicles have bottomed their suspension driving over them. At the worst one there was debris on the road presumably dislodged from a vehicle by the impact.
