Blocked debris screen

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2693678.

While out doing works on the watercourse some Environment Agency operatives have found a debris screen, where the watercourse goes under the M6 motorway, that is completely blocked. Can someone please go and clear this debris screen. Thanks, Isabel
