Too dangerous to cross road ?

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2687062.

A couple of years ago the traffic was too heavy to risk crossing the road on the right of Way - has there been installed now a bridge, pedestrian lights, or tunnel for people using the footpath?
