Road obstructing Right of Way

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2687054.

It is not possible any more to cross the A21 here on the Right of Way because of the heavy traffic - there needs to be installed a pedestrian controlled crossing, a bridge, a tunnel, or posssibly a walkway through the stream tunnel a little to the north
