Noisy manhole cover on east bound section of road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2679656.

This manhole cover has being banging when driven over since the road was last resurfaced. With the increase in traffic now this is getting much more annoying and disturbing us at night.
