  • Thank you for contacting Highways England about litter on the M5 at junction 13.

    We collect litter from these slip roads quarterly and this was last done during April.

    The roundabout itself is the responsibility of Stroud District Council. If you'd like to report it to the council you can do so via https://www.stroud.gov.uk/ report
