Very dangerous potholes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2668818.

The area at the top of the Northbound exit slip right at the junction with the roundabout is littered with potholes and broken road surface areas. It is extremely dangerous and needs a proper repair as opposed to temporary patching.
