Collapsed Fence

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2662588.

This fence has been reported several times and nothing has been done. Large animals will get onto the road if nothing is done.

    We have raised this with our inspectors to be investigated at the first possible opportunity.

    Based on your description we believe this may be a safety critical issue. We aim to provide an update within 48 hours to confirm that the issue has been reviewed and whether remedial work was required to make the area safe along with details of any further repair work which is required. Please check back at this time for this update.

    Although we always try to respond to these reports in the quickest time possible, we would ask that anything of a safety critical nature be raised with our Customer Contact Centre directly. They are available 24 hours a day, on 0300 123 5000. This will ensure we process any such report as soon as it is received.
