Traffic Officer parked dangerously

Good Afternoon, Please could you consider the parking of your highways traffic officers. They park on the raised area almost daily, all this does is cause people to brake sharply as they believe it is a Police vehicle checking speed. This then has a knock on effect of causing congestion on an already busy and dangerous section of motorway, as those cars that brake then bunch up dangerously.
