Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2658733.

As part of the smart motorway project we were promised noise reducing surfacing. Highways England have done 6 of the 8 lanes, but not the last 2. The last 2 are the ones closest to the houses!!!!
