Environment Protection Act 1990

To whom concerned. 1 month ago, I reported road side litter (both sides) on the A27 Shoreham By Pass between the Holmbush Roundabout and the Shoreham Flyover. I’m dissatisfied that nothing has been done to clean up the said area and therefore call upon you to act in accordance with the Environment Protection Act 1990. Please pass to the authority responsible noting the lack of action within 30 days of my original report. In addition there is also graffiti on bridge supports which also require attention in the same area. Paul Heward
