Large amounts of litter

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2641935.

Seem to be discarded by lorry drivers: large amounts on the verge just down from where all the lorry drivers park. Could this be cleared up please and could CCTV signs be put up to stop people dropping litter - the road looks awful. Thank you.
