Litter in lay-bys on A616 (stocksbridge bypass)

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2637878.

There is a massive amount of litter at each lay-by on stocksbridge bypass. It has been like this for months and is getting worse, tyres, TVs, pallets, bags etc. It looks disgusting and needs cleaning up.
