  • Thank you for contacting Highways England regarding a damaged traffic signal at Junction 34.

    Our contractor went to site on Saturday 27 March to assess the issue. They found that the signal in question is not the responsibility of Highways England. The responsibility for this issue, is that of Lancashire County Council.

    Could we please ask that you contact them to resolve.
