Terrible LITTER!!!!!

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2628063.

The whole of the South Mimms Roundabout is full of litter. The approach on the A1081 is also full of fly tipping and litter. It looks disgusting and is a danger to wildlife.
