Underpass from black dam ponds to Crabtree

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2624885.

The subway here is a mess - the drains and blocked and the state of the subway is inaccessible - this subway is used by hundreds of people to access Crabtree and access is hampered by the flooding - please can this be actioned as soon as possible - I have been in touch with our Cllr who agrees this area is disgusting My next course of action will be to high light this to the local media
