Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2623087.

Due to the expansion of the M20 smart motorway we now have to suffer a huge increase in noise pollution. HIghways England have not installed a new fence that’s appropriate. You have only patched the old fence, which is inadequate. A new larger acoustic fence is needed desperately at this location.
