Sign Gantry lighting

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2623080.

The floodlights on the gantry are far to bright. It lights upon the entire area at night and massively increases the light pollution in this area.

    During the review our inspector found these lights relate to temporary works in the area and will be removed once they are no longer required.
